Very friendly, repaired my glasses that I purchased from them over a year ago
These people are so friendly, they don't hassle or feel like your rushed. Glasses were ready the very next day! 2 for $78 even without insurance. They also take donations of old glasses, and provide special services for those in need. Amazing! There is faith in humanity!
Great customer service by Joanne and Gigi! My eye Dr wanted $450 to replace lenses that they gave me a bad prescription for! I can't imagine what they would have charged me for the designer frames that I had gotten from Eyeglass World! Eyeglass World stood behind their product by changing the lenses for FREE (within 60 days of my purchase). Not only that........they were helpful in making my choices and friendly! I highly recommend!
