We took our 8 yr old daughter for her 1st eye exam we suspected she needed glasses. The dr was very nice, patient, and got to our daughters level. all staff members were so kind. They made sure she loved her new �. Great price because we didn't have insurance and got a discount for cash. I was very impressed!! Where else could you get an exam and 2 pair of glasses for under $120!!
Excellent customer service! Even though the representative really wasn't obligated to do anything; she happily took care of my problem!
We go to Eyeglass World! They have AMAZING customer service! I called because Kenzie's glasses broke today and her 2nd pair, well needed to be replaced too! The lady, Megan, says well I see you have twins....how are her glasses? I explained one pair has been stepped on and her faithful pair is a little scratched up. "No problem, we will replace all 4 pairs, can you pick them up tomorrow?!" wow!
