I have to say everyone From Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Techs, to Dr all were pleasant and humorous! Made you feel comfortable and high priority. I saw how they all interacted with each other and their guests. This starts from the top down!!! Good job to Brandon and Team! I just want to add... this is retail minus Exam. The staff at EYEGLASS World in Plainfield were great. The team, the day I was there, was very nice, they were thoural, very knowledgeable, they helped make my visit an "enjoyable" one. Offering their advice/opinion answering all my questions. The store was very clean & organized, which, of course, helps make the associates job better. Job well done to the GM Brandon & his crew..thank you all very much!!
John was very funny and nice. The doctor did a good job. They were very professional.
