RecommendedI can not say how pleased I have been with my experiences enough. My daughter found out she needed glasses in September with our local vision center. After finding what we liked I decided to do some shopping around before spending $600 on two pairs. We went to several vision centers before making our last stop of the day at Eyeglass World and I am so glad we did. In the great state of Iowa where snow is not a new thing, you would Think that they would give you a call and ask if you were still coming to your appointment before the doctor leaves due to the snow. I did not appreciate driving 45 minutes in a storm to have my eyes checked out only to be told that the doctor had already left 5 minutes prior. The lady acted like I was at fault. Had the best experience at the SE 14th store yesterday!! Meghan was amazing!! So were the rest of the ladies, of course including Erica Seelye!! Meghan went above and beyond to make my 1st experience comfortable and affordable!! Thanks gals!
How do you book an appointment for a customer, then I take time out of my day to go and you say I don't have one yet it's so easy to look up that it's booked.. How hard is your job? I assume that when you book an appointment, it's the same screen you're lookin at when your shutting customers down for their business. Y'all are garbage.

�EYEGLASS WORLD ON SE 14th St.� I bought my last two pairs of glasses here, but got my exam somewhere else. So I went into the store to possibly buy some glasses and get a copy of my script. I was informed that they would not give me a copy of my prescription. So now I have to get another eye exam because I have no glasses because they were stolen. SO PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND BOYCOTT EYEGLASS WORLD!!!!

Wonderful service and great selection, especially for kids! The assistant manager helped our son and was just amazing! We have definitely found our new place for glasses (75% of our house needs them too)
Staff is great friendly and caring. The only place I'll go. They actually care about you and your eyes, not your pocketbook.
