This place is a joke. more concerned about filling the place and not about customer satisfaction. I went last year and said I would never be back. A year later due to the proximity to my work it is convenient so I called to make an appointment and decided to give them another try. I called in the morning and was told its my lucky day because their 11:30am cancelled and I would be marked in. I have been very pleased with the service Eyeglass World on Atlantic Blvd has provided for me over the last several years Recently, since the coronovirus, I have been very displeased in the way they handled my problem with my glasses. My son, also uses Eyeglass World; his ear piece had broken on his glasses. He had seen that they were open for a few hours in the afternoon, so he called to see if they would repair his glasses. I had the best experience at the eyeglass world. The optometrist Duncan Smith was very kind and went over everything with me. I didn’t have friends with me to help pick out what looks best on my face frame, but thankfully Katherina was very helpful. She gave me her honest opinion. She is so sweet as well as the rest of the staff. I would definitely recommend Eyeglass World to friends and family.

Woke up this morning with an eye pimple and my only pair of glasses were - what I call Bluetooth glasses- missing an arm. I am limited on time and need my vision. Did an online research for same day glasses near me and called this location. Jess helped me pick out frames that I loved and had me out of there quickly. I often find the task of picking out glasses overwhelming and to have to do it under these conditions made it worse but Jess really made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location and Jess.
John was so helpful at this location. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. I saw the optician, he was great. I got contacts and two pair of glasses and could not be happier!!!! Thank you Eyeglass World. 🤓💞
