Outstanding service, left my glasses in my car in Baltimore & came to them, had 2 new pair glasses within hour & half. ....Lena took great care of me & is phenomenal!
The people in here were so rude. No one greeted us when we walked in and we waited for 20 minutes before just finally walking out. One of the workers had the audacity to say to a costumer that it was "finally quiet" after I took DJ out for a minute. And when I walked back in, he said "I jinxed it" Even if DJ was being super loud and out of control (which he wasnt) that is a super rude thing to say especially to a customer and loud enough for other customers (my mom in this case) to hear you.
