I went in and it was definitely a bait and switch. While other eyeglass places give you my vocals for $78 this place gives you almost nothing. I wasted my time making a special trip here
Service was good, the staff was really helpful. The only thing is I'm blind in one and I just can't see out of the other. LOL GET MY GLASS in 10 days.

Such a big disappointment glasses promised the following day by 4 p.m. only to be told when I arrived that they weren't even started because of a breakdown in their laboratory equipment. Customer service has a big breakdown in communication skills. You lead people to believe that you can get two pairs of glasses for $78. Your sign needs to say FRAMES only for $78. I'm so mad and upset with this store and it shouldn't have to be that way. I'm glad I had the good sense to ask for a refund because I wouldn't give you my busines... read more
