I said no, at first we feel so welcome, the Dr. that did my exam is very friendly and thorough i had no bad words for her, the lady that took care of us and fitted my eye glasses was okay there is only one problem they never explain to us or ask us or breakdown the prices, so i took 2 pair eye glasses which buy one get one for $159 as i remember, she said my insurance only covered 1 glasses i said okay, she summed up my total it over $300 which i expected that i was getting 2 pair of eye glasses cause its buy one get one, no... read more
I went in for Contacts an Glasses an asked if they took my medicaid which they didnt but she said the contact exam was $99 an up an included a pair of Glasses after it was all said an done it DID NOT include glasses just the script an when she ran my card it declined the first time which I knew I had just got paid so she ran it again it went through. I get home check my bank statement I was charged twice now I have to wait an call my bank an all this crap for $140. She said it may take 10 days. Then kept saying thats so weir... read more
