Amazing customer service!! I was in a major time crunch when I came in because I live about 40 miles away. Ashley helped me pick frames out that morning. Amanda went back and asked the lab if they could make my glasses that day so I wouldn't have to drive back and they literally had them finished in 2 hours!! ( sunglasses and reading glasses) Thanks guys! You've gained a new customer!�🕶

My daughter had her glasses swollowed by the Gulf of Mexico. She was a hot mess after loosing them and called back to Indiana to see if we could get a pair rush ordered and it wasn't possible. Was told to check in Florida and have then call to get her script. Went to Eyeglass World the next morning and at 6:00pm she had two new pairs. They did a great job and we could all relax for the rest of the vacation.

Glasses took 4 days. So much for same day service. They tell me to come at 4 and glasses are not ready.

Great customer service and actually got me in the same day. Paula is excellent at her job and really explained everything to me along with the Doctor whom was detailed in working with me about my contacts,in which I've never worn before. Would highly recommend this place to everyone
