We just went here for 1st time. I was dreading it but it was a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Doctor was great and fast. Staff were amazing and even got my glasses ready in an hour (standard in stock lense) so we didn't have to drive all the way back from Crestview :-)

I had my daughter's prescription faxed over. An incorrect prescription was faxed and we didn't know until my daughter tried on her new glasses and everything was blurry. We got the correct prescription faxed over and they re-made her glasses for FREE. Way above and beyond customer service!! And each and every person who we dealt with was amazing. Five star customer service. They won my future business for life!

My daughter had been in glasses 👓 since she was 3. So we are very use to how this process works. We are also very new to the area. They made us feel very welcome, they made sure she was happy with her selections. I can't enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.

Y'all see Devan while you're there. Amazing customer service skills. One lady in the eye doctors are was a bit short and rude (unfortunately didn't bother to get her name I was irritated), then steps in Devan, made me forget about asking for the other girls name.
