I was shocked that I spent $400.00+ on glasses and they give you a clear cheap plastic case. MAYBE it cost $1.49?? 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️👓 Otherwise my experience here was okay.
Dr. Lam is an amazing and friendly person. She listened to all my concerns. The receptionist and the sales person were also both very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend both the exam and retail sides of this business!
If I hadn't been a victim of Felony Elder Abuse and had my glasses broken and needed new ones in a hurry, it would never have occurred to me to make an appointment here. Someone with the office experience of a two-year-old answers the phone and cannot get my name and phone number correct. I had to repeat it several times but I finally get my appointment.
