Eyeglass world is awesome.. Great prices, amazing service and in a timely manner! I totally recommend to all my family and friends!
My husband & I both went in as walk in patients to see Dr Yao for eye exams and to get new glasses on two separate days and we were so completely satisfied with their service. They were so pleasant to deal with, my husband had insurance and they were well versed with it and I paid cash for mine and they made sure I got the most for my money.
Though staff is friendly, Eyeglass World have the worse service I have ever witnessed in an optical company. My observation is not from one witnessed visit, but from three. From lying, misplacing orders, crappy eye frame products to having you to need to purchase additional add-on's and such. I will try an online service next time. Just stay away from Eyeglass World 20 W. Shaw Ave., Fresno, Ca. Be warned.
