Worst place. Mine have scratched with scratch resistant lens, they replaced, now becoming scratched up again. Lens keep falling out. They won’t replace.
This was by far the best experience I have had at an eyeglass store. I normally go to Lenscrafters but decided to try a new place due to Lenscrafters higher prices. Excellent! I just had my first visit to Eyeglass World today. Everything was top notch from start to finish. All of the staff was friendly. The doctor was wonderful, and my glasses were ready about 2 hours after my exam. I am very happy. Thank you for great care.

After having an absolute horrible experience over at America's Best. I decided to give Eye Glass World a try and was very satisfied. Sandra was very helpful with my situation being it's my first time having to wear eye glasses! She was very thorough explaining the different options for my script and I recommend her for a good Pat on the back. Less than 6 months ago I purchased a pair of glasses with top rated lenses. They are so scratched I can barely see out of them. I took them back to EGW to see if they could buff the scratches out. I was told they dont do that and since I didnt purchase the scratch insurance, there wasnt anything I cud do. I was never told about or offered scratch insurance I told them. Their reply? Well, that person doesnt work here anymore, so.... And thats my fault how?? I will not purchase glasses there again.
