Had an amazing experience today with Dr. Taormina. Rhianna, Sandra and Sherice. So Excited to pick up my two new pairs of glasses tomorrow. Will never go anywhere else again! Thanks ladies
Sure would have been nice if the staff warned me the doctor was stuck in traffic before I got here. I asked if they had an estimated time, they didn’t know. Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand things happen, but when you make appointment, my time is valuable too. Customer service is everything. That’s one less customer they will have. Now off to find another one.
The worst service, aggravated staff, seasoned with total incompetence at either the Lab or the employees. I had the glasses reordered 3 times as each was messed up in the PD, the focal points to high, then the HD lenses cut wrong. The 4th try, yes I had to go back since they did not release my insurance so I could not go elsewhere. Not a good experience.
Not so good :( they messed up my glasses twice. First they spotted my PD standing up and of course it was wrong. Two weeks later they get the replacement in and I could not even focus. They said there was a defect in one lens. I am still waiting. And they were way too costly for this kind of service.
I arrived at the store without an appointment to have my eyeglasses prescription updated. I was worked in rather quickly..the people here are friendly. courteous. and go out of their way to make your visit pleasant..I will definitely be back..Thank all of the ladies for their help today..
Went in to look for eyeglasses and was in for a good 30-45 minutes and not one person that worked there acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help. Eyeglass selection was awesome but customer service sucked.

Helpful staff. They were patient, accommodating, and very affordable.
