Love this store as much as I love my glasses and every time they need some adjusting, I come in. The last few times I have been helped by Kenia, an excellent optician and a great representative of the best customer service. She is soft spoken and very efficient and knowledgeable. Today My significant other came with me to buy glasses and again, the score I give her is the highest possible. Customer service here is great! Thanks.
Today I had to have a lens that had fallen out replaced. i was courteously greeted, the tech fixed the problem, AND walked me to the door.

I would not go to Eyeglass Worldthey did a eye exam on me and you push me through so fast that she screwed up my prescription walked around for 2 weeks could not see anything.I've been going there for a long time but this is the last time I'll ever go back I think I'll go to Walmart or somewhere else
The distance that I traveled ( over 40 miles one way ) because I could have my glasses the same day turns out to have been quite justified! The professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff was definitely the cherry on top!
The doctor was great ! The sales associates in the eye glass area not so great ! 3 people were helping us and the kept switching back and forth and the were very unorganized.
Amazing staff and excellent service! I highly recommend this place!
