The hinge on my glasses broke yesterday, so I went to the location where I had my eye exam back in April of 2014. They proceeded to tell me, my 1 year warranty was up, I didn't have a protection plan, my renewal with insurance was not until April 2016. They then proceeded to sell me new frames, when all I needed a new hinge. So I googled eyeglass repair shops. The attached location was first on the list. Super nice guy, great customer service. I stepped on my brand new pair of glass and much to my dismay both lenses popped out and the frames where badly bent, I went to Eye Glass Repair of Jacksonville and they performed a miracle making my glasses as good as new, fast and friendly service , very nice owner
