The hinge on my glasses broke yesterday, so I went to the location where I had my eye exam back in April of 2014. They proceeded to tell me, my 1 year warranty was up, I didn't have a protection plan, my renewal with insurance was not until April 2016. They then proceeded to sell me new frames, when all I needed a new hinge. So I googled eyeglass repair shops. The attached location was first on the list. Super nice guy, great customer service. I stepped on my brand new pair of glasses and popped out both lenses and bent the frames badly, I just knew I was going to have to spend mega bucks buying new frames but took them to Eye Glass Repair of Jacksonville hoping at the very least they could some how cobble them together long enough for me to save money for new frames, not only did they repair my glasses they are as good as new, the owner is very nice and professional , fast and friendly service.
