Needed my bifocals repaired. Brought them to eyeglass maxx and they said yes we can take care of that. Went back the next day to pick them up and to my surprise, Jamey the owner said there would be no charge! I thanked him and now he has 2 new loyal customers !!!
I just picked up my glasses at Eyeglass Maxx and all I can say is WOW, I haven’t seen this clearly in years! Super happy I came here and the price was competitive.
Dr. Thompson is wonderful! Virginia (optical sales consultant) is patient and very efficient at her job, I will always wait for her to help me with my selection of glasses. This is the 3rd pair of glasses for me with Virginia as my consultant, the 1st two fit perfectly!! Can't wait to get my new pair. Highly recommend Eyeglass Maxx of Port Charlotte!
Just called to ask what my prescription was, they said "we are able to see what your prescription is, but we can not tell you over the phone..... how ridiculous of an answer is that....... then they tried scheduling an eye exam which is not what i asked for..... i would definitely not recommend this place, it seems like they only want your money and are not wanting to help you with the most basic questions.
I had an appointment for over a week and because of a personal problem with there optometrist I get pushed to the very back instead of next appointment. They suck and I’ll never use them again. Be ware
