Had a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Monahan was very knowledgeable and personal. Highly recommend them for an eye examination. My appointment was right on time and had the contacts I wanted in stock.
Went to get my eyes checked, yesterday. They double charged be by mistake. They refused to look into it, stating their credit cards balanced at the end of the day. That doesn't even sound like proper bookkeeping terminology. Disappointed in their integrity. Verified details with my bank and was certainly double charged. Disputing charge and will never visit their establishment again. Shameful.
Good and fast service...got my Mom's glasses same day...prices very reasonable...
I needed an eye exam but I usually go to walmart because thats usually the most affordable place. I didn't know Eyeglass Express gave eye exams and when I went in to ask the price it was cheaper than where I usually go and I got appointment same day and didn't wait long. Service was great too. It was quick, easy, and affordable. (80$ for contacts eye exam)
