Have been a client of Dr. Bhangu for close to 20 years, of whom I have had the great pleasure of knowing, and our family has always received great care from. A very kind, personable and welcoming gentleman, who is committed both to his patients and his expertise. Every time I visit the office, it is akin to visiting an old friend 😊
Probably the worst optometrist in the area. Used to go when I was a kid and the wait times were horrendous sometimes a 2-3 hours after my "appointment". Recently took my grandparents here and nothing much has changed. Office was full of people waiting from before during our appointment time. At the scheduled appointment time they call you up to get you to pay, then make you sit and wait another 30 minutes to an hour so you can't leave since they've taken payment already.
