I feel the optometrists are technically fine but be careful of the reception staff. I arrived 0855 for an 0900 appointment but the door was locked and so had to wait on the concrete outside. At right on 0900, a staff member, that I later realized was the senior receptionist, arrived in a flurry with a child in tow, unlocked the door and swept inside to let the door slam behind her. I had a consultation with Shaun in May 2025 for an Ortho-K lens assessment. I was warmly welcomed and seen right on time. Shaun is extremely attentive, patient, detail-oriented, and thorough.
