I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Franks! Professional and very attentive. Dr. Franks is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during the visit. He answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommend Dr. Franks to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service!
Dr. Frank was incredibly kind and patient with my mom. She’s a bit older and sometimes gets nervous at appointments, but he made her feel completely comfortable. He took the time to listen to her needs and found her a pair of glasses that fit perfectly and made a big difference in her vision. Seeing how happy and confident she felt afterward meant so much to us. We’re truly grateful—highly recommend Dr. Frank!
Edit: I was not a walk in! He's Arrogant and the exam I received was quick and far from thorough. His business has nothing to do with Costco(he's private) so he will fit you in even though there's no room, just to make a dollar, while your vision suffers. I went to another place, where I was listened to, treated with kindness and respect, while getting the correct prescription for my eyes.
Dr. Franks was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. He addressed my concerns and made recommendations for next steps. Michael in the optical center was wonderful as well. Great customer service. Explained the whole process and helped in picking out my glasses. Highly recommend.
