I love Eyedentity. They have glasses that fit my low nose bridge and carry independent brands, which I really value. The staff are very patient, polite, and skilled. They never pushed me to purchase and gave thoughtful explanations to all things/add-ons lenses related for my prescription glasses order. Maritza(? wearing scrubs) helped me adjust the frames I was purchasing as well as my current eyeglasses; it’s made a world of difference. Eyedentity Dr. Carrie Lee and her staff are so helpful and skilled . I dropped in for an eye issue that was identified right away . Big relief ! This is a Glen Park neighborhood jewel !
Dr. Carrie is very pleasant, efficient and professional. The other staff members very polite and sincere. I would recommend my friends who have insurance to Dr. Carrie. While I was waiting and checking out the frame options, I can't but feel bad for 3rd world citizens who would never be able to afford these beautiful but expensive Eyewear.
