Dr. Carrie and her practice are stellar. No matter where my family lives in the Bay Area, we always make the trek to SF just for her. It is a truly special practice that has my utmost trust.

I actually look forward to my annual check up with Dr Lee! This practice has comprehensive and modern equipment to provide a thorough exam on vision and eye health. Dr Lee is also brilliant and has helped me solve persistent eye watering so that I can continue to wear contacts. Great diagnostics and great personality. Five stars.
I have had good experience with Dr Carrie Lee exams and have been pretty happy with the glasses, but I can't say the same about the general organization. Over the years, there have been repeated mishaps: - unexpected delays, - miscommunication, - or no communication at all, - things I have thought I ordered, to be told I had not, to be told one year later that I had never picked up the order...
