I had a great experience at EyeCo Vision Care! The staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. The service was excellent from start to finish and I really appreciated how helpful and caring everyone was. I would definitely recommend EyeCo Vision Care to anyone looking for a great eye care experience!
Spoke to the lady in the front over the phone to inquire about new patients, and she had a very unpleasant attitude. I think they need to rethink who answers the phone because this was my experience before even setting foot in that location
The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me with a very disrespectful attitude, and the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience.
Called and spoke to the doctor about setting up an appointment for today. Was quoted a time 2+ hours later so I said I’d call back. I called back and when asking questions about the different exams and what I was quoted at Walmart vs what Costco was quoting me, the doctor told me to just go to Walmart “since it’s just $10” and hung up in my face. I wasn’t concerned about the cost, I was trying to determine which exam type I needed. Would not recommend solely off the fact that the DOCTOR was extremely rude.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had when calling your office to book an appointment . The person who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. From the start of the call, she spoke in a condescending tone and seemed uninterested in helping me. When I provided my insurance information, I asked if my visit would be covered.
