Great service
I showed up for annual exam w a painful eye condition so didn’t think I could get my exam or any intervention. Dr Moulder examined my eye & provided diagnosis & treatment plan w prescription's. The rest of my annual exam is deferred. Since I’m on Medicare it was covered by that & there was no charge. I’m always very pleased w Rockwall Eyecare & Dr Moulder!
Great experience at Eyecare Rockwall for both myself and my husband. Facility and staff are professional and efficient. We see Dr. Ross Moulder, who I cannot recommend enough - he is very knowledgeable, friendly and takes time to get to know his patients.
Everything was good till my insurance did not cover my visits. I had an eye infection so I called to set up an appointment. The lady on the phone took all my information including my insurance information (BCBS) and said everything was good to go and set up my appointment. On my first appointment I had to pay $100 copay which I was fine with. The dr had me go to 3 follow appointments. A couple of weeks after my last follow appointment I get a letter from my insurance saying that the dr was out of network and was not covered ... read more
