With everything going on in the world right now, Eyecare Professionals did it right from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Requiring hand sanitizer use at check in and handing me a pen that they wiped off as they handed it to me put me at ease. Visually watching the technicians wipe down every piece of equipment before my exam allowed me to see the level of caution. My exam with Dr. D was thorough and educational. I was referred by my neurologist for testing to help my balance and vision issues. I can not tell you how awesome this entire staff was! I was seen by Dr. Noah and he was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and an all round great guy. I can not say enough about how nice and professional everyone was at this office. I was there for nearly three hours but it honestly didn't feel that long!
I was referred to this group by an RN. So happy I listened. This was my 1st eye exam in 18 years & I was nervous. Everyone could not have been more kind and competent. State of the art equipment & Dr. Lee could not have been more kind...and best yet: super smart! Entire staff works as a cohesive team. Super impressed, highly recommend.
Fantastically caring optometrists, I had an emergency and was seen immediately! My problem was quickly assessed and taken care of! I will only go here for my continued eye care!
