I wouldn't Recommend I called 5 times today.5/20/20. Looking for glasses I should have received back in March .Rude and put on hold ..my bill is payed in FULL where are my glasses ..No one has responded to me..so let me Call my insurance company.. I'm sure they will get to the bottom of the matter

The appointment was for my daughter, she is 9 years old. We arrived at 9:30am, exactly on time as scheduled 3 weeks prior. They finally called her to the back about 10:15, only to sit another 30 minutes before we saw anyone. Finally they dilated her eyes for the exam, then we were told to wait 45 minutes. She finally saw the doctor at 11:45am. The entire appointment took over 3 hours. The parking was terrible, the waiting area literally had 8 chairs, and it was crowded, so some had to stand.
