Staff seemed unprofessional. Staff wandering around everywhere not really doing anything, I seen lots of staff opening cabinets,standing there, then walking away.. what the heck..They seriously don't know what they're doing..Didn't really explain anything just said hey you can go look at frames. Didn't know if we were suppose to wait or pick frames and find someone,didnt know which were men's frames. Dilated my boyfriends eyes and did not tell him any info behind it. Did not tell him he couldn't drive, didn't give him shaded... read more
