Called to setup a simple eye exam appointment for glasses. The man behind the phone acted as if I had just asked him to perform brain surgery. He was extremely unhelpful and seemed annoyed I even called. How is this place still in business with such staff?
They’ve always done what I needed them to do. Although both my exams came out incorrect so iv kept the same prescription. The Dr is a complete jerk to his staff and sometimes his customers, but the lady at the front desk is so sweet.
Very professional and helpful !! 🙌 I am going to buy all of my kids glasses here as well, because they are WAY overpriced at their eye Dr's office. Im very thankful for this business!
