RecommendedI saw them 2 years ago and got a new pair of glasses. The staff was so amazing! Every different area I went to was super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them!
RecommendedI had alot of trouble with adjusting to my new sunglasses yesterday to the point I got very upset....the Optical staff were so patient and understanding...I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much to each of you.
Untrained/incompetent staff and repeat visits due to giving me the wrong prescription in a new type contacts to try, not just once but twice! No one noticed until I questioned why the power was less strong than my last prescription and why my prescription was different for each brand they had me try. Overall it was a miserable experience with wait times that are way to long for “follow up” appts. Quantity over quality is the motto of this place. I don’t NOT recommend and will never be back.

Just called for an appointment. Receptionist was rude and demanded my insurance repeatedly despite me saying that I would pay out of pocket. She finally offered an appointment and when I said that would not work for me she hung up on me.

RecommendedEveryone who works at eyecare plus from the receptionists to the doctors and all in between are personable, welcoming, kind and patient, and knowledgeable. I never once felt rushed and when I had to bring my 3 kids with me to my appointment, one of which I was baby wearing, they never once asked for me to remove him and put him down like other places and they interacted with my older kids with kindness. Plus they have great doctors who will take time to explain issues and answer questions.
