DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They are rude. Screwed up my glasses order. Order me the wrong glasses and instead of them sending them back they put my lenses on the frames that were on the wall that everyone tries on and can't use those frames as they are warped. Did a contact lens fitting that day as well and wouldn't give me a prescription for those. The Columbia Tn is the worst office I have ever had to deal with. They do not care about their customers. I would give them a Zero if I could . It has been one thing after another with this Pricing and now replacement issues 31 Days later and 3 phones checking on the glasses they are saying the order was never placed. I has Child that needs the glasses daily and now it looks like it is going to be almost 2 months before she can get a simple Frames replacement. My daughter has been going to eye care plus for several years and we love all the great friendly customer service we always receive. The staff is always so nice to us and make sure we understand everything.!!!

Had an eye exam on friday, very professional, thorough & explanation of what my test we're & results. Cost was in line with other providers in the area. Will be going back as scheduled & recommend it to family & Friends
