This was my first time visiting this particular eye place. The atmosphere was very inviting.Everyone work together well as a family, I was treated very well.I was very pleased with the assistance that I received.My Dr. Knew exactly what she was doing. I have been a patient here previously and had a positive experience overall. While my interactions with the front desk were less than pleasant, the doctor and the gentleman who assisted with choosing glasses were excellent. Unfortunately, my experience today ensured I will not be returning. My son is overdue for an eye exam and requires new glasses. Because I valued the care provided by the doctor, I chose to bring my son here. He carries two insurances: VSP and Tricare, with Tricare being secondary. I am well aware of the u... read more
My first visit here for some new glasses, I was skeptical at first with the greeting from the front desk. But upon heading to the back for service, the 2 ladies were warm, kind with an inviting spirit. The gentleman that assisted with my glasses was genuinely warm as well. Inspite of the hiccup, I will be back😁
The best I swear. I went to vacation to Virginia Beach for the week in June For my birthday & I ended up only taking one pair of my last set of contacts which was monthly ones. But I ended up, dropping one in my car and losing it completely. I ended up calling a bunch of places couldn’t find anything or anyone to help me get contact straight away. I've been seeing Dr Bond for at least 15 years. He has always been great. The new technology is amazing. Their glasses selection is awesome. They are also one of very few places that will fit you with gas permeable (RGP) lenses. They have glasses technician in office to make or repair your glasses. They are a family business and it shows. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.
