Coming from my old doc who retired and I found out Dr Bond took over his patients so I approached this appointment with some concerns. The office was neat and organized and the personnel were pleasant and welcoming. Within the first 5 minutes of entering the exam room Dr Bond showed himself as professional and knowledgeable explaining the process as we went along even showing an air of humor. Dr. Bond was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel completely at ease. The staff was not only accommodating but also had a great sense of humor, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It was a pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend
Great Experience here! Haven’t been to an Eyecare establishment in a couple years and they were friendly and helpful! Got in and out in no time, got better recommendations than my current contacts, and the best part is I didn’t spend an arm and a leg. Would 100% be recommending them to anyone!!
Dr. Bond was and is always the best the other Eye Doctor although I wasn’t there to see her she was extremely helpful and I appreciate her so much for that. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and I appreciated him very much for that. The lady that was at the front desk seems like she was irritated and maybe Overwhelmed. I went to this location for a new prescription and also for lenses and they are so amazing! They treat you like family and do all they can to help you. They looked out for my best interest on pricing for frames and lenses and saved me money! Love this place and they have gained a family of loyal customers.
