Their customer service is incredible! They helped me out when I was in a pinch, and I can’t thank them enough!
Available appointments for a basic eye exam are six weeks out which other eye care centers seems to be able to get you in within a couple of weeks. They did not seem to be on top of vision care insurance and could not provide a basic cost estimate despite me providing very specific information about my vision insurance plan. They should call this place Eyesore of Vermont. Against my better judgement, I scheduled an eye exam for my husband at Eyecare of Vermont. Lesson learned: Trust your gut. From start to finish, the experience was not just awful, but unethical. The staff mislead us regarding costs. Then, when I stopped by in person to discuss my husband's care and poor experience with Dr. Phillip, they retaliated against us by lying to my face about my husband's contact lenses, which they claimed to not have, even though I confirmed that they ... read more

Dr. Erikson is FANTASTIC! I have been a patient for @ 20 years and I would not trust my eyesight to anyone else! Highly recommend him and Eyecare of VT. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.
