We were in for annual eye exam for my son and Dr Locklair found a detached retina. It was a late appointment on a Friday. Billy worked tirelessly to get us seen by a retina specialist. 24 hours later my son had been through surgery and was on the way home from Columbia. You can't find that kindness and concern just anywhere. Thank you Eyecare (ICARE).
