I went in for an eye contact exam. Upon the end of my visit, I paid a $40 copayment. I was scheduled to come in next week. On my second visit, I was told that my insurance is not covering me. I called my insurance and they told me that they are covering me. However, the eye office has been submitting a claim for a routine eye exam, not an eye contact exam. First visit here for a contact exam. Leslie asked me about my current contacts and ordered another brand to see which is the best fit. Great office. 5*
Brought my brother here who has a disability that makes it hard for him to commicate. They were so awesome with him, very patient and caring!!! Very impressed!!!
As long as they're in business, I'll never go anywhere else! They really do care about their patients. We ran into a little snag with my insurance, they could've billed me right then but they waited. They are so kind, from the minute you walk in, you can tell they care.
I loved it I was very happy with the service I was given. I was treated like a person not a $ coming in the door. Thanks to the staff a have a pair of glasses I just love!!!!!!
