Worst eye care experience ever. Blatant disrespect from employees. Especially Kevin. He will let you sit there for as long as he feels make you wait a half hour or longer on hold and never help with the simplest of questions. Do not expect express service especially from Kevin. Been wearing contacts over 20 years and waiting over 2 weeks for an order that still hasn't arrived I've never had worse service in my life. I came here this year for 2 pairs of glasses and contacts. One pair of frames came messed up, which I pointed out at pickup and it was brushed off. A couple of months later after wearing the glasses 4 times or so, the frame breaks, just on my face. I called to see if my glasses were under warranty, the lady said "please hold" and hung up. I call again a month later, after the other side of the frame broke, and the optician couldn't tell me whether I had a warranty, and immediately told me "we don't even have the frame"...I g... read more

Poorly trained employees that did not communicate well, was told on the phone something entirely different than what I was told after arriving in person and wasted an hour driving each way. Would recommend going elsewhere.

The worst ever told me I had cataract in left eye but nothing to worry about right now. Now I can't see it needs to be taken care of
