I wasn’t happy with my previous eye doctor who was very rude, so I decided to give Eyecare Experts a try. I loved them!! I actually walked in to make my appointment and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Even on the day of my appointment they were very nice. Dr. Jiwani was great! He was very knowledgeable and thorough and seemed very caring. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them for your Eyecare needs!
Muhammad was my tech for the pre-exam and did a great job. Made the process very smooth.
So I have been coming to this location for a little under two years. Usually, my experience is very pleasant. So much so I participated in free marketing promotions for them. However, today my experience was very disappointing. They have a new front desk clerk Tamera (She refused to provide her last name or last initial). She was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me.
