Made an appt for my daughter that has a speech delay because she has been squinting while watching TV lately. Specifically asked when I made the appointment if they could handle a child with a speech delay that doesn’t know letters or numbers and was told yes. Make an appointment for an emergency, was told to wait several days, which was fine. When I went into the appointment, it had mysteriously not been logged into their appointment book. Since I had the phone call on my phone, I know I did indeed make the appointment. Was made to feel like I was lying when I could tell the receptionist remembered the unique call from her body language but would not admit it. Improve Rude office staff and Dr. could return phone call to patients. Price is unbelievably high....and then no customer service when experiencing problems. You should address these issues and look at the feedback from those in our small town when we try to support local businesses. You force us to leave town for much better service and experience.
Waa a great experience. The people were friendly and helpful, they even fixed my old glasses which were falling apart.
I just left the office after an appointment for my daughter. I was treated very rudely by a member of the office staff, because I had just got new vision insurance and was never given a card, but was told all I needed was my Blue Cross card. She snidely said to another worker(who I could tell was embarrassed and frustrated with her behavior as well) that she couldn't help her because some people don't know what kind of insurance they have.
