I have been coming here several years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of products. Dr. Anup Deol answers all my questions and addresses all my concerns. I love that they are open to approving the purchase of special effects contact lenses from reputable FDA-approved online sellers.
They cancelled all 3 of our appointments numerous times and was unwilling to work with me on fixing their scheduling issue. Not helpful, not friendly, unprofessional. Taking my business elsewhere.

Very pleased with the service and eye care I got here. They listened. They asked questions to get me into the right lenses. Helped me pick out some fantastic frames, since I can't see. They have up to date equipment, beyond what I have seen other places. They really care here. Doctor is so up on technology and continuing Her education in her field, She stays up to date! I ordered prescription Oakley sunglasses there 10 weeks ago. Paid for them upfront. Got a call a week after I ordered them that they couldn't make them in my prescription (like I am the first person with a high prescription they've ever seen). I come in and, with the help of a DOCTOR, pick out another pair. 4 weeks later and they don't work either. I gave up and asked for a refund. They want to charge me for frames that they can't put lenses in for me. I want my money back.
