The office personnel are always genuine, kind, helpful. My family has three members, who frequently use their services. Today, we had a great experience with one staff in particular, Lauren, she was a pleasure to work with and made our son comfortable.

I have been using Eye Care Center of Salem since I was young and now that is where I take my kids. They are friendly and cooperative. They are GREAT with small children (my daughter has glasses and she is 2 yrs old and she actually enjoyed her doctor visits!).
