The office staff were friendly and efficient, the exam area was clean and well maintained, and Dr. Shedlo was very professional and helpful in answering any questions I had. Very happy with my visit.

The customer service at Eyecare Center of Maryland is simply awful. I was told my glasses would be ready within 2-3 weeks, when I called to check on the status; they hadn’t even processed my paperwork. In addition, they said they would follow up by the 3rd week but they never did. Today when I called I was given plenty of inaccurate information, which led me to hang up and call back because I was running out of patience. My visit to this office was smooth and uneventful. They confirmed ahead of time that they took my insurance, Tricare East.I was not kept waiting past my appointment time, and my exam was done efficiently. Dr. Sheldo was also, able to quickly find my records from my first visit 7+ years to compare to my exam that day. Still no glasses for me!
I read some of the reviews and I don't understand how many people is going to be so frustrated and angry this is the Best eyeglass place in the area . the staff is patient yes the waiting room is small but it's a small practice just be thankful for what you got. Eyes that can still see
