The service was cold. The people were unprofessional. They LOST my glasses sent to another location. Had to wait almost A MONTH for my glasses! They DIDNT EVEN PUT IN A CLOTH TO CLEAN THEM. WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND.
The whole staff was extremely awesome. Dr. Nguyen was very informative to my questions and very helpful plus concern about my prescription. It's been over 20 yrs since I've been to an Optometrist and instead of shaming me he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Cindy OMG we had an awesome time. Honestly I really like it here they were really kind and helpful and help me with what I needed in the moment I been to a lot of other places but so far I like this one better really professional and the eye doctor help out well thank u ☺️
Llame como 10 veces y contestaban y colgaban el teléfono ,al final decidí llamar de otro teléfono y me contestaron para contestarme groseramente y les dije que llamaba porque quería saber si mi seguro cubría otro par de lentes, me dijo ,no se con quien quieres hablar y me colgó. Si pueden ir a otro lugar vayan ,esta óptica siempre cobra el doble las cosas y las muchachas de la recepción son groseras.
