Joann and Antonio are HONEYMOON SAVERS! My wife and I are honeymooning in La Jolla and she lost one of her contacts. EyeCare at the Cove did all and then some to get us an emergency contacts even though we are away from our home!
This optometry clinic is the best! I was long overdue for an eye exam, but JoAnn and Dr. Nguyen made it easy. Dr Nguyen was able to get me a new glasses prescription. He was also so patient when teaching me how to start using contact lenses and answered all my questions/concerns thoroughly. JoAnn was super helpful and resolved an issue I had with my contact lens rebate. She was very quick to respond and I really appreciate her help :) All of the staff here are very friendly, helpful, and nice. Can’t recommend this place more... read more
This is highly professional office able and willing to provide optometrist services on a very short notice. I was able to book my visit online and was given an appointment the very next day. During that appointment, my eyes were carefully examined , I received my prescription right away and in fact I even ordered my new glasses there. I found all personel there most helpful , kind and accommodating . As someone who’s been seeing optometrists since the second grade, I can confidently say this is my favorite office by far. My father and I have been coming here since 2023, and every visit has been a great experience. The entire staff is kind, professional, and attentive. I’ve interacted with several team members over time, but Lindsay truly stands out.
