Wonderful experience with Dr. Bui. She explained everything and was so thorough. I felt very taken care of. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The office was really clean and bright. I had fun picking out my glasses thanks to JoAnn and Antonio. Highly recommend.
Dr. Nguyen and his staff are THE BEST! I went to another doctor 3 times to try to use contacts and was unsuccessful. But Dr. Nguyen and his staff were very patient with me and I succeeded!
Excellent service, great experience!!! Dr Justin Nguyen took time with me answered all my questions he was so knowledgeable! Jo Ann was so patient and helpful in fitting my glasses, overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Eyecare at the cove!!!!!
I recently saw Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam and was pleasantly surprised at the new tech that he and Dr. Pack are using in their office. It's honestly very refreshing that you don't have to get air shot straight into your eye and you find out things when it's too late. Amazing preventative care. On top of that, he took his time to make sure all my questions were answered and I understood why and what was going on, as well as what he was looking for throughout the process.
