Picked up my daughter's glasses today, was given the completely wrong frames. The color was completely different than the one we picked out. Was informed that I must be mistaken because there are only 3 colors available in that frame and that each pair is made individually and there is a bit of variance in color. Ummm it's not a bit, it's a completely different color, I don't know if someone wrote it down wrong or what. With it being OHP insurance it was very much one of those oh well you'll just have to deal with it moments... read more
My husband and I both had our appointments cancelled. My husbands was cancelled two days before his scheduled appointment as the doctor was no longer taking afternoon appointments. Mine was cancelled because I missed their phone call two weeks prior to confirm, and was informed of the cancellation when I showed up to my appointment. I can only assume this place as more clients than they need and they do not care for or respect their patients.
