I always understand what is going on with my eyes. I look forward for my yearly exams. I enjoy getting a new pair of glasses when needed. Very well taken care of by all the staff.
Doctors are great.. all other staff has no idea what is going on... and no one is on the same page. Still waiting for glasses after about a month!!!!
Fantastic frame selection! I got really cool transitions that also have a pink mirror. I always get compliments on my glasses and they came in so quickly!
My eye insurance carries a $0 copay for exam. When I was finished, they charged me $35 for some 30 second pictures they took that weren't covered by my insurance. I was told that I should have been informed in advance when scheduling my appointment, which I was not. When I called to ask about the charge, the woman answering the phone told me she would talk to the doc, figure something out and let me know and I never received a call back.
The service waz fast and so nice . I waz very impressed.

My first eye exam in years, I am happy with my visit, Dr. Feldman is simply amazing & answered all my questions. Everyone who helped me was so nice, especially Melisa in Optical. My first glasses ever and loving them!�
