I had to give one star because there was no zero. Worse eyecare experience ever. Overcharges for the exam. Where I usually get a $35 credit and only pay $5. I ended up paying $145. The contacts they me to wear tore apart within a week. The contacts they wanted me order were going to be $378. Where I just got them what I usually pay $178. Just all in all a ripoff of money and time.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT TO THE CLINIC ! I got a phone call two days before my appointments, that were booked two weeks in advance, asking to reschedule 2 of my kids because they only can see 2 family members a day. THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO ME BEFORE HAND, MEAGAN THE MANGER WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING !
Staff in the office is very nice but the wait time is ridiculous. Every time I come it’s always over an hour wait ! I don’t understand when it’s a surgery check up
Easy to make appointment, staff was very nice and friendly, didn’t wait long, found great pair of glasses prices very reasonable, will definitely make this my regular eye doctor
