If I could give a zero I would. I have been going back and forth since June and still have issues with my glasses. Warped lenses, wrong prescription, crooked, not fitting right. Now one lense is bigger than the other! I spent alot of money with insurance and still do not have glasses I am happy with. The girls have a look on their face when I come in every week like here she comes again... who is helping her? The only one who has tried to be helpful is Melissa. Very happy with my appointment today! I loved Dr Madden and the tech, Emily. The office had a good selection of frames. They were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
I was totally satisfied with my whole visit from entering door to walking out. Tracey and Melissa were very helpful as well as Dr Madden's assistants. I REALLY like Dr Madden! I'll post more after I receive my glasses.
