It is very difficult getting issues resolved. You are directed to a third party call center. I had to physically go into the office to speak with them directly. Prior to going in, I had left two voicemails that were never returned. I tried scheduling a contact appointment for my daughter after she had already had an eye exam there. The call center said they didn't know how to book it since it was just for contacts and they would have someone call me from the office to schedule it, and they never did.
