Good service. Sat down got my eyebrows done within 10 mins. would recommend.
Stay away. Just got my eyebrows done and went here instead of upstairs. So thin and uneven and just cried .... I've never had them this bad... never. I have big eyebrows and they are un even and shaped like rainbows. On top of that the lady was talking on the phone while doing my eyebrows. Hopefully they will grow back a little before my graduation in two weeks
I never leave bad reviews, this is a first for me. I came to the Holyoke Mall location Friday evening on 1/19/24. The woman working was a very angry looking woman with thin eyebrows. she snapped at me and told me to sit down after I hesitated when I saw she was not my usual breading beautician. I became more uneasy when I realized her thin eye brows were natural and not styled this way. I wish I read all of the reviews before coming in.
