I never leave bad reviews, this is a first for me. I came to the Holyoke Mall location Friday evening on 1/19/24. The woman working was a very angry looking woman with thin eyebrows. she snapped at me and told me to sit down after I hesitated when I saw she was not my usual breading beautician. The woman working was a very angry middle aged woman with thin eyebrows. I had a bad feeling as soon as she snapped at me and told me to sit down after I hesitated when I saw she was not who I was looking for. Not sure if these comments are old but I won’t do my eyebrows anywhere else. They are so nice and do them so professionally and precise. I have thicker eyebrows and they always look amazing. So many people ask me where I get them done. Love this place

The lady was rude telling me to hurry up because she was closing mind you it was 20 minutes before closing and on top of that she has the audacity to ask for tip do not recommend coming here
