I’ve been going to this place a few times now and on different times and every time I come in the young lady is always in her “break”…. One time she even had a guy there and made us leave because like I said she was in her break. I don’t like to make bad reviews but I feel like the owner should talk to her about her customer service and professionalism
The daughter !! of the mother that works here does my eyebrows very nice including all the other workers that worked with my eyebrows in the past 3 years 🫶10/10
The girl that's here now does a ok job with shaping, she's kind of rough and pays no attention to detail though. Takes less than 3 minutes doing your eyebrows even if there is no other people waiting, just rushes through the whole thing. I miss Nari. Oh and if you pay with card her tip options are 20, 25, or 30%, ha! The audacity is real. The service is not worth a 20% tip. For 3 minutes of her time I wouldn't even tip. Not coming back.
To have a storefront and not indicate appointments only or not accepting new clients is crazy. The business says open m-f 11-6 and 11-7 seems like a walk in but no. The girl is not sitting there on her phone didn't offer how to book. Very unprofessional, very misleading business.
the little girl that works here needs to work on her customer service its only convienent cause’ i live in the area otherwise there are times i drive further and pay more to avoid this place and her service only go here if i have too
