The lady is horrible. Don’t go to her. She doesn’t take her time and she doesn’t listen to instructions. She will do your eyebrows how she wants them to look and then was rude and didn’t want to finish them when I tried to correct her.

It took 5 min for her to do both sides which was sooooo weird to me but I thought maybe she's that good ! She didnt bother giving me a mirror to see the end results (i admit that was my fault too for not asking or looking). she didnt bother removing the little hairs from when she trimmed my eyebrows & Once I got to my car and started removing the hairs, i noticed how uneven she left my eyebrows one side thin and the other supper thick! i’ve been going here for a while now, i was pleased with my experience so i kept going. until these last two times. last time the lady was on her phone the whole time and barely even communicated with me just pointed where to sit. i decided to give them another chance and went back today. it was the same lady, on her phone again. no communication whatsoever, she proceeded to be on the phone talking while she did my eyebrows. suddenly i felt something on my shoulder, it was her phone!! she put her phone on me as she continued... read more

I’ve gone here for the last 4 years and they’ve really gone down hill. For the last year they always seem annoyed and make comments about my eyebrow shape. They always try to upsell me and it ends up looking worse. I also got eyelashes and my eyes burned for 4 days and it ripped all my natural eyelashes out. Sad to leave after being a customer for so long but that was my last straw.
