RecommendedI followed Dr Briceno from her previous practice in Falls Church to Eye & Vision Care, because she's always been patient, kind and has shown great concern with her care for my eyes. I recently saw Dr. Edelby (Dr Briceno was not in the office that day) for eye issues that I am currently having. She was also really thorough, sweet and patient with my eye concerns. I actually went to the Ashburn office. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr took her time and made sure my daughters prescription would be perfect. Picked out a pair of frames from their wonderful selection and we were done. My daughter can’t wait for her glasses to be here in five to seven days

Absolutely horrible customer service. 1. The doctor kept trying to upsell me (to the point of an argument) that I needed Progressive contact lenses after I repeatedly told her at I did not not want them nor could I afford to lose my peripheral vision. 2. Had my glasses made at Walmart and they were completely blury despite the Rx being correct. They tested my old glasses and the left eye of the new glasses were were weaker than before. 3. Great doctor caring and compassionate doctor !
They overcharged me unconscionably! Office and billing staff treated me poorly. I got taken advantage of by this practice and I do not recommend them. Provided medical care was fine and the doctor was good, but go somewhere else!
The doctor is amazing! I would highly recommend.
